Products purchased from Jaguar Den can be exchanged only. All Items are eligible for exchange with the exception of them being worn and/ or damaged. All miscellaneous prices and fees that are associated with the exchange are to be fully subsumed by the customer.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, customers ought to make sure that the following conditions are met:
Your exchanged product will be processed only when the item(s) is/are received and the aforementioned conditions are confirmed.
You are given the right to exchange an item once. There will be no exception to this rule.
