Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

    1. We will use your personal information to take and process orders, coordinate the logistics of getting your orders to you, process payments and communicate with you about your order should the need arise.

    1. We here at Jaguar Den sell a lifestyle choice which is reflective of that of the Jaguar Pride. Half stepping is not an option. As a result, we will continually inform you of new products that we think might be of interest to you. Should you wish to opt out, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.

    1. All credit and debit card processing will be handled by PNC Bank. As such, we can proudly state that when shopping with us, you can do so with confidence and ease.
